We are fully open again from 19th July!

We have taken steps to make Wedmore Village Hall COVID-19 secure, including installing a new mechanical ventilation system to provide plenty of fresh air to the Main Hall. It is capable of extracting 10 litres of air per person per second which makes the place very, very safe so we can't wait to welcome back those big communal events! We also continue to provided a hand sanitiser station at the main entrance.

Booking the Hall

Please check the online Booking Calendar to see if the Hall is available on the date you want, and click here to download our price list. Then please read the Terms & Conditions of Hire and make your booking by filling in the form below and submitting it. A copy will be automatically emailed to you and to the Booking Secretary. We will treat the email as contractually equivalent to a signed paper form. You may sign and post a copy to us if you wish. We much prefer you to book using the on-line form, but if you need to do it on paper you can download a Hire Agreement Form and post it to the Bookings Secretary. If you want to take advantage of the alcohol licence you will also need to send the Sale of Alcohol Form to the Bookings Secretary and pay the appropriate fee.
